WELCOME TO tHE BEERLAB CLUB
The BeerLab Club is an association that moves within the Rud Bir Brewery in Gordola and has all the equipment needed to brew small quantities of beer on its own. The BeerLab Club was founded by 3 passionate homebrewers and 1 professional brewer. The purpose of the BeerLab Club is to brew small quantities of beer and spread the culture and knowledge of homebrewing in Italian-speaking Switzerland by organizing themed activities and events.
POP-UP BREWERY CLUB
An associative pop-up brewery! Why pop-up? Something that comes out of nowhere and then disappears, that's what a pop-up is. Kind of like our brewery: small enough to fit in just over a square foot and when not in use can be stored away until the next production.
According to the BJCP there are more than 100 different styles of beer, from the best known to the rarest: we want to give those who visit us the chance to expand their knowledge. Pop-up beers, beers produced only once, so always new but in very small quantities. Small quantities produced that allow us to experiment by taking some risk. For example by using special or unusual ingredients such as Ticino polenta or Läckerli from Basel we are ready to tantalize your taste buds with special beers.

Be a master - brew your own beer
Looking for a unique activity in Ticino? Step into the shoes of a master brewer for a day and brew 18 liters of beer. With our supervision, you will be able to create and brew your own beer the way you like it. From creating the recipe to bottling via grinding the malts or weighing the hops you will take part in all production steps. Two weeks after the crush, at the end of fermentation, you will come to bottle between 40 and 45 bottles that you can then take home with you. We have everything you need for brewing and bottling.
Are you a large group? No problem, our pup-up brewery has two machines for brewing two beers in parallel.

Theme nights, events dedicated to a particular style of beer, anniversaries or parties. All this in collaboration with Rud Bir Brewery, where craft beer always takes pride of place.
From St Patrick's Day to Oktoberfest via a Japan-themed evening, we are ready to take you on a journey with glass in hand.

TEAM BUILDING
Brewing a beer is divided into several stages. From recipe creation to bottling, there will be no shortage of opportunities for collaboration among colleagues or friends. The most difficult part? Naming the beer you are brewing!
Whether you are a group of friends who want to celebrate or a team of professionals, we have activities to develop collaborative dynamics within groups.
